To set up delivery service with Teddy Bear Diaper simply contact us a few weeks before your baby is due. You can reach us at 416-798-2327.
At that time we will open your account, determine your weekly delivery day and arrange for the first supply of cloth diapers to be delivered to your home.
Once your baby has arrived, give us a call so we can add you to our weekly delivery schedule. In the event that your baby arrives before your first supply of diapers - don't worry - Teddy Bear will guarantee timely service.

Your first delivery will include a plastic diaper pail (on loan), a pail deodorizer, and 70 100% cotton
newborn diapers packed in a bag that also serves as your pail liner and pickup bag.

On our second visit, we deliver 70 100% cotton newborn diapers and pick up any soiled diapers you may have.
There is no need for you to rinse or wash the diapers, simply put them in the provided pail
which you have lined with your delivery bag.
On the scheduled pick-up day just pull the bag out of the diaper pail and place it outside.
On your third and subsequent deliveries you will receive the same number of diapers as you returned
to us the week before. That way Teddy Beat can keep track of the number of diapers that your
baby requires.
